The not-so-romantic part – but just as important.

Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. By booking a service or making a purchase, you’re confirming that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to everything outlined below.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Honey Bee Mine. If you have any questions, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to clarify.

  • Honey Bee Mine is a UK-based creative studio offering luxury wedding stationery and bespoke design. All items are made to order and either personalised or fully custom. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations may occur – this is part of their charm.

    • Orders for Signature Collections begin after your Wedding Details Form is submitted and the initial 50% payment has been made.

    • Bespoke orders start after a discovery call, signed agreement, and payment of the full design fee.

    • Design includes two rounds of revisions. If you need any additional changes, I’ll provide a quote for them.

    • Once you approve your final proof, the design will go to print. No further changes can be made after this point.

    • A 50% payment is required to begin all Signature Collection and On-the-Day design work.

    • For bespoke design, the full design fee is due after a quick discovery call to secure your place in the schedule.

    • Final balances must be paid in full before your stationery is sent to print.

    • Invoices will be sent via email and can be paid securely by card via Stripe or by direct bank transfer (BACS). Design work will not commence until payment has been received

    • All payments must be made in GBP (£)

    • Payment delays may affect timelines, and I can’t guarantee delivery until balances are settled. Late payments beyond 14 days of the invoice due date may incur additional fees or result in removal from the schedule.

    • Due to the personalised nature of the work, all orders are non-refundable once design has begun.

    • If you need to cancel before design starts, please contact me as soon as possible. Depending on the stage, a partial refund may be offered at my discretion.

    • Sample Edits are also non-refundable, as they are made to order.

    • All orders are carefully checked and packaged before dispatch. Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you notice any issues or damages, you must notify me in writing within 48 hours of delivery. After this time, I’m unable to take responsibility for any problems reported.

    • UK orders over £150 include complimentary shipping via a tracked service.

    • International shipping is available and quoted individually. Customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.

    • Once your order has been dispatched, I can’t accept responsibility for delays or damage caused in transit. However, I’ll always do my best to assist if any issues arise.

  • All designs, text, illustrations, and artwork remain the property of Honey Bee Mine. You may not reproduce, alter, or distribute any design without written permission.

Bespoke designs are created exclusively for you, but I retain the copyright and may include them in my portfolio, website, and social media.

When submitting your Wedding Details Form, you’ll be asked whether you consent to your stationery being shared (if you opt out, I may still share non-identifiable visuals, with names and personal information concealed):

    • Yes – I may share images of your stationery, including before your wedding.

    • Yes, but after the wedding – I will only share images after your wedding has taken place.

    • No – I will not share any identifiable images of your stationery.

Your selection will be recorded and honoured, and you’re always welcome to update your preference by getting in touch.

  • You can view my Privacy Policy here.

  • I always aim to meet agreed timelines, but I can’t be held responsible for delays caused by events outside of my control (e.g., illness, postal strikes, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances). In such cases, I will keep you informed and work with you to find the best way forward.

  • I take every care to ensure your stationery is printed and produced to the highest standard. However, I cannot be held responsible for:

    • Errors missed after final proof approval

    • Delays caused by late payment or late content submission

    • Minor variations in colour or finish due to printing processes or paper stocks

Please check your proofs carefully before approving them for print — this is your final opportunity to make changes.
